Boosting 1,200+ Students Engagementin Career Fair with SIM DREAMS

Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) as an institution wanted to encourage students to actively engage in career development, participate in workshops and webinars, and ultimately apply for internships and full-time roles.Singapore’s leading labour movement community enhances career transition support for Professionals, Managers, and Executives (PMEs) through a structured digital mentoring platform powered by Kinobi.

The Solutions

SIM DREAMS was an integrated Career Fair held in collaboration with Kinobi that allowed students to participate in webinars, visit company booths, experience a career portal, and create Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- friendly resumes all in one event. Students were able to be guided throughout the entire process from exploring difficulties to building their resumes and applying for positions they are interested in.

With this joint Career Fair, SIM saw more active engagement with 1,200+ students participating. SIM also saw huge participation from its employer partners, with 80+ companies participating and over 400 jobs being posted.
