SERVICES SCHEDULES

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Service Level Agreement describes Kinobi AI’s availability commitments for its production SaaS services, including uptime measurement, excluded downtime, service credit eligibility, and the process for claiming service credits.

2. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
The Data Processing Addendum governs how Kinobi AI processes Personal Information on behalf of Customers, including roles and responsibilities, security measures, sub-processors, cross-border transfers, incident notification, and data retention or deletion.

3. Customer Support & Services Guide
The Customer Support & Services Guide outlines Kinobi AI’s standard support operations, including support hours, support channels, severity classifications, and target initial response times. It does not modify contractual uptime commitments.

These Service Schedules may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published at the links above and will take effect in accordance with the applicable agreement.
