The Internship Placement Form Flow

Gives students a clear, guided path to formalise a placement once they have been offered a role. From the “Accepted Offer” panel, a student submits a placement form and fills in the essential details of the placement, covering company details, job details, and internship programme details.

When the job is connected to an internship programme, the student can see the relevant faculty and is prompted to complete an additional placement form specific to that programme. This ensures programme-level requirements are captured accurately at the right moment, rather than chased down later.

On the administrator side, career teams can review and approve each placement form request. This gives your institution a single, structured record of confirmed placements and the oversight needed to manage them with confidence.
