What we were tackling
IPMI International Business School wants to increase engagement from its students. Not only engagement, IPMI wants to help students complete their job search skills with resume training, cover letters, and exposure to life after college.
IPMI wanted to invest in their students’ career development by collaborating with Kinobi through the implementation of the resume builder, job portal, and courses features.
Solutions we provide
With the aim of improving the graduate skills of IPMI International Business School students, Kinobi strives to continuously make efforts to motivate its students.
We started by holding an internal competition to find out who has the best resume. Then, IPMI also held a competition to find out who managed to master the courses and got the best score on the quiz. IPMI also finds the data from Kinobi’s dashboard very helpful.

IPMI International Business School managed to get 25% of its students to use and utilize the platform in less than 3 months.
