In collaboration with Kinobi, TWC launched the Life Planning Centre (LPC) Portal, powered by Kinobi’s AI-driven Career Management System. This platform provides modern features, including an AI Resume Builder, Mock Interviews, and an integrated Job Portal, revolutionising the college’s life planning, and career advancement portal, and significantly enhancing the student experience.

Key features of the LPC Portal include:

• AI-Powered Resume Builder: Students can create ATS-compliant resumes in minutes, with AI-driven suggestions to optimise skills and experiences based on specific job descriptions.
• AI Mock Interviews: Students can practise interviews in a simulated environment, receiving real-time feedback to refine their performance.
• Job Portal: The platform offers students a centralised hub for internships and full-time job opportunities, complete with personalised job recommendations.
• University Coaches & Event Management: The portal connects students with workshops and networking events to further develop their professional skills.
• Analytics: Real-time data on student engagement and job application success allows the career centre to customise and refine its services.

The LPC Portal is now utilised by all 5,000 students, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in their career journeys. By automating routine tasks, the system the system makes it easier to provide valuable support to students.
